Music Canvas is the result of a collaboration between human intention and artificial intelligence. Its concept, sensibility and direction are human; its architecture, code and much of its execution have been developed through an ongoing dialogue with AI. Not as a tool following a finished blueprint, but as an active part of the creative process — interpreting ideas, proposing solutions, building systems and turning intention into something that works.

There is no traditional division between author and instrument here. Music Canvas has emerged from conversation: one side imagining what it should feel like, questioning, choosing and directing; the other translating those decisions into structure, logic and code. Neither the idea alone nor the code alone is Music Canvas. The work exists in the space between them. And perhaps that is part of what this project is about too: exploring what authorship can become when human vision and artificial intelligence create together.
